Who Does BAM Serve?

  • Teens playing basketball on an outdoor court during late afternoon or early evening, with some players jumping for the ball while others are watching or waiting. Sun's glare is visible on the left, and trees and park benches line the background.

Members of BAM visit the youth at juvy twice a week, to make lasting and impactful connections through games, conversation, and basketball.

  • Logo featuring a stylized letter 'B' with black, white, and green lines on a black background.

  • Four children smiling and raising their hands in front of a Boys & Girls Clubs building, wearing matching blue shirts with the Boys & Girls Clubs logo.

Boys and Girls Club Brazos Valley

An after school program for elementary school kids in the Bryan area. Members of BAM provide mentorship through tutoring and playing games with the kids who get done with school.

  • A circular logo with a barbell on each side, the words 'Forging Youth Resilience' around the top and bottom, and the large acronym 'FYR' in the center.

    FYR Aggieland

A national nonprofit seeking to empower young people to build physical and mental strength for life. Members of BAM transport students to FYR, and also participate in workouts together to form strong bonds with students.

  • Bryan High School

Bryan High School, home of the Vikings, is a diverse 6A public high school in Bryan, Texas, offering strong academics, athletics, fine arts, and leadership opportunities to nearly 2,500 students.
