BAM has been the most transformative thing for both my college experience, and my growth as a man. I’ve had so many opportunities to serve those who are in a less fortunate position as myself, all while standing alongside a group of down to earth, genuine guys who all have a heart for service. Being a member and leader of BAM has allowed me to be a part of something special. Entering college, I never would have thought that I would have the opportunity to make such an impact on the young men in the B/CS area. Not only do I get to invest in them, but they have taught me more than I could imagine. The men in BAM are stellar examples of humility, leadership, and resilience. I am beyond proud to lead alongside these guys.

BAM has been the best opportunity I’ve to grow as a man. BAM emphasizes the people outside of the org who we seek to mentor more than the people within. It has allowed me to daily be a part of a vision bigger than myself. As well guys within BAM are some of the highest character men you find at Texas A&M. I’m proud to call myself a BAM guy.

BAM has been such a blessing to me and has truly changed my life in countless ways. It has helped shape me into a better friend, leader, mentor, and man, and is a huge reason why I am so passionate about mentorship. Being able to spend time with and serve with like-minded guys has been one of the highlights of my college experience and has allowed me to build lifelong friendships. I am really excited to serve an organization whose mission I deeply believe in and am passionate about!

What I’ve loved most about BAM is the people and the relationships I’ve been able to build through it. Being surrounded by guys who genuinely want to grow, serve others, and push each other to be better has had a huge impact on me. Between the friendships I’ve made, the opportunity to mentor and serve in the Bryan community, and the leadership experiences BAM has given me, it’s helped shape me into a better leader and person.

Meeting quality people who are aiming to serve, and being able to do life with them has been a blessing for me in college. I love BAM for the men I get to learn from and grow with every day. Not everyone can be a mentor, so it’s a privilege to get to be with other likeminded men who have the same servant leadership. In our spare time, we get to have attend well coordinated social events that bring us closer together as well as impromptu hangouts with some of our closest friends. BAM has been a huge blessing for me and has had a tremendous impact on my growth as a leader.

I am proud to be a member of BAM surrounded by like minded men striving to grow as individuals and better our community. Every guy in this organization is genuine, dedicated, and loyal to BAM and the mission of being a mentor in the Bryan college station area. I have seen myself grow in professionalism and someone others can trust. I put my focus towards mentoring kids in juvy every week. This just consists of playing games, hanging out, talking with high school kids in juvenile detention centers. This has really helped me be thankful for what I have and try and pore in to these kids who may not have a person in their life to talk to about anything. BAM has changed my life and has helped me change other people’s lives.
